Other Stuff.

Food can be quite difficult to classify, and there are various ways of doing it; according to course [if you accept the traditional north-west European sequence of entrée, main, dessert etc], according to meat type [beef, veal, lamb, fish etc], according to ethnicity [French, Italian, Middle-Eastern, Indian etc], and others that may occur to you. I started this listing according to meat type, but something simply do not fit into that classification, hence sections for ‘Desserts’, ‘Sauces, Dressings and Dips’ and so forth. Even so some things defy easy classification: Pizza for example. So for the time being I have put Pizza and other things into a box marked ‘Other Stuff’ until such time as I can sort it out more clearly.
