Walnut Dressing.

A quick and simple dressing for salads and hot vegetable dishes.


1 cup fresh walnuts, chopped.

½ cup olive oil.

½ cup sesame oil.

2 tblsp balsamic vinegar.

¼ tsp salt.


Place all the ingredients in a small bowl and pulverise with a kitchen whiz until fully incorporated. Pour in a small, sealable container and keep in a cool place for at least 4 hours to allow the flavours to mature.
